| Description | The diplomacy intel report leaves me wondering what it is for as all I see is a list of numbers and some ??? listed. See the attached screen shot. Is this a bug? Otherwise its one of this 'huh?' moments. As I've no clue as to how I'm supposed to interpret them. | ||||
