No tooltips and in-game documentation exist for racial selection. Most everything is undocumented at this point. |

For 0.903: * In a new game you now pick a leader rather than a race. ** And the tooltips now list the racial theming modifiers (added new in this version, like the burlust police stuff), leader theming modifiers, the racial attack power multipliers, and the racial free techs (and buildings unlocked thereby).
