Description | In one of my current test games, I have hazmats in every territory but one, and 37 pollution being generated by a lone territory is causing pollution shutdowns in every other territory. | ||||

Got hazmats in all territories, and even a few turns after completion and 0 pollution registered I am still getting rolling pollution brownouts. Save file uploaded and new name registered to boot! :) |

Thanks! * Fixed a bug in the prior version where pollution shutdowns were happening even when the pollution count in a territory was supposedly fine. It was using different math for the two checks (interface and disabling) by accident. |
