| Description | Calling your civilization a 'City' feels like a misnomer and adds confusion by suggesting that global resources aren't global. As a first impression, I thought 'City' meant a single district until it became apparent that wasn't the case. The 'Territory'/'District' non-divide does not help either. I'd appreciate ditching the 'City' designation and making 'Territory'/'District' labels more consistent (as in, one or the other). | ||||
