Also noticed this. It seems that there is an aggresive need to shutdown all buildings. The question is: how should the game select power priorities? or should the player define them? |

Thinking about it, I think power and brownouts would be easier to manage if instead of shutting down buildings, everything got a efficiency penalty based upon how much power you were missing (with non-energy using and energy producing buildings immune). This would fix all of the brownout and power issues. |
