Curious. I didn't know there even [i]was[/i] a sound effect for this. I'll poke around at things and see what I can see. |

Ah ha, it was a missing localization problem, not a sound problem. Fixed that up. Bit of code I'd copied from one of the other alliance disbandings and forgot to localize it. |
