| Description | After Improving relations between the Peltians and the Boarines for six months, it is reported that the relationships should be 90 and 120. However, they are actually 57 and 87. Starting values were 23 and 53. It seems that the report is adding the amount gained to the relations a second time. | ||||

It's the same in 3.003. This also happen with influence after dispatch missions, like cooperative research. The influence gets updated in real-time, then in report current value (already updated) is summed with total change. |
