Summary0017851: gamestate pause
DescriptionPause play on room entry as a temp gamestate that resumes on player actions.

There are a lot of rooms and situations that you can spawn into that can get you instantly shot down with little time to properly react. Having a "pause" on entry gives you time to assess your surroundings.

For 0.208:

* Now when you enter a room you spawn mostly inside the door. And until you actually fully enter the room:
** The doors will not shut (so you can go back where you came from, even if there are enemies present)
** You and your familiars are invincible and are ignored for targeting purposes.
** All AI (enemy and your familiars) is disabled.
** All systems (guns, etc) are disabled.
** All gravitational pull is disabled.
** Your familiars do not draw or simulate at all.
*** They fade in quickly when you actually enter the room.
