Summary	0018223: Chaotic Core on level 1
Description	Just ran into a Chaotic Core for the first time in a level 1 room (on Normal). I like the idea and of it leaving the Remnant, but I don't know if it's a bit too much bullet hell for players just starting out and getting used to the game. Might be better off restricted to level 2 and up.
