Summary	0018334: Trying to pick up an item you already have results in (somewhat) incorrect UI messages
Description	So basically, in the attached save I already have a black hole but the crate dropped another one. Pressing E will show in the bottom right you gained a black hole. Spamming E will make it tell you that you've gained a whole lot of black holes. On a similar note, using the item makes it show you lost two black holes, even though all items are one use only.
