Summary0018510: Having 0 max missiles just remove the cap
DescriptionI was using the blue mech, the one with 2 max missiles at the start. By the use of a secret shop, my missile cap was diminished by 2, to a max of 0. I had 0 missiles at the time. But then, instead of preventing me to take any missile at all, i could just take any missile, without any maximum.

For 1.008:

* Now any inventory item type (missiles, energy, etc) that has a maximum cannot have that maximum modified below 1. Otherwise when it hit zero it just becomes "no max" and doesn't work right.
