It went to take 16 max hp and took 16 regular hp with it. |

I'm looking into this one and I think I can make it function better. |

I have a tentative fix waiting for a flag to be added by Keith (when he gets the time). At that point I'll add the flag and get my version up for someone to look at. |

*For 1.013 Risky Assassin no longer kills you when you pick it up with hull damage. Risky Assassin now also will remember where your Max HP is so if you decide to swap it out later, you aren't stuck with 1/1 HP. |
