Description | It would be nice to be able to see your mech's current calculated stats (e.g. movement speed, damage reduction) as numerical values on the pause screen – maybe hidden in a mouse-over to avoid clutter. Rationale: There are some items/power-ups/level bonuses that describe their function in raw number values. It is hard to understand the raw number values without having your current stat as a basis. The ones that use percentages are intuitive since most of the stat meters are presented as some fraction of a full bar. A secondary issue is that there are some numbers that are pretty commonly used as percentages (e.g. 50, 25, 10) and without a way to the current stat as a reference number, it is pretty easy for players to think make the wrong assumption that numbers are actually percentages, just with a typo. (Cf. one of my other issues issue: https://arcengames.com/mantisbt/view.php?id=18748) The already displayed stats from weapons & modules (e.g. damage, shot range, fire rate) would be nice to see as numerical values as well, perhaps in the same tooltip or as separate mouseover panels, but that would really only be useful for the more serious minmaxers... ;) | ||||
