Summary0001926: Increase shot velocity
DescriptionI feel that a lot of weapon projectiles just travels too slowly. It's both a balancing issue, along with being graphically... dull? Not at all that all projectiles should travel the same speed, but it would be nice to have diversification, along with suiting to the balance of ships.

I could give a ton of examples of where shot speed should be improved; most fleet starships, riot starships (my greatest qualm is with riot starship laser modules), raid starships, bombers, turrets (mostly missiles), seige towers, etc. etc.

Of course, shots shouldn't zoom instantly to its target, and there should be considerations for balance. Seige starships are fine in this matter.

We've done a lot of tweaking with this recently, and I'm happy with where it's at for the moment.

Ships stop shooting ships in range when they go a little past overkill unless everything is overkilled, so shot speed isn't that great an issue mechanically/for balancing.
