Summary0019331: crash in formation blob handler
DescriptionI had tried to add a unit to a control group in the Blob formation with ctl-shift-ControlGroupNumber and shortly afterwards I hit this crash

-----------
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object^M
Stack Trace: Arcen.AIW2.External.Formation_Blob.HandleMovementOrder (Arcen.AIW2.Core.ControlGroup Group, ArcenPoint MoveOrderPoint, Boolean isQueuedCommand)

Arcen.AIW2.ExternalVisualization.PlanetViewSelector.RunUpdate ()
SelectionManager.Update () (at C:/vcprojs/arcengames_aiw_ultra/ArcenAIW2Visualization/src/SelectionManager/SelectionManager.cs:59)

It feels like trying to use ctl-shift-number or ctl-number or shift-number to add units to a control group doesn't seem to work nicely. I've been able to recreate this a couple times.
