Summary0019575: Thread abort exception after nuke
DescriptionI just nuked a planet with about 40K AI strength on it. I took the nuke to that planet, paused the game then scrapped the nuke. The game seemed to get stuck for a bit, and I couldn't unpause it. Then I saw this crash:

Nukes are gone for now, so this is irrelevant for now. If it comes up again after reimplementation, this will be my issue.
