Summary0019581: Threat goes from 50K to 20K with nothing happening
DescriptionHere is a save game with the botnet golem on Barto and 53K threat. Take the Golem and send it to Liskov. There's a large enemy fleet on Liskov that I wanted the botent golem to fight.

You will observe the threat dropping from 50K to 20K for no obvious reason.
