Summary	0001980: Method to reclaim engineers/rebuilders/etc. from multiple planets (CTRLs)
Description	I would it if there was an option to reclaim engineers on multiple planets in one easy method, mainly to salvage engineers that have been positioned on most of the planets automatically by the CTRL autobuild function. More so for the late game, or for when you no longer have concern for inner planets having engineers and rebuilders.
