Summary0019800: Maybe stop Engineers/Rebuilders from leaving remains
DescriptionFrom my game last night, kept noting these units would rush to go fix something in a fight, the AI'd kill them, they leave remains, and the fight ends. Problem is, all the Rebuilders are remains, so there are none left to...rebuild the rebuilders. Meant I had to keep fixing them manually, and ending up constantly with turret wrecks scattered all over my planets.

Or just make the Command Stations a rebuilder too? At least so it can get the proper ones back online.

* Engineers and remains rebuilders no longer die to remains, which fixes a variety of issues with them. Particularly helpful with the auto-build options for them that recently were added.
