Far as I recall bubble shields are per planet cap, 2 per Mark. Mark 3, so should have 6. Does the UI not indicate this? The cap of 6. |

I'll double check tonight, I thought I saw it say it capped at 2 but I could be mistaken |

There's a bug causing that mistaken cap count. It'll permanently say the cap for MK1 of units. For the current effective cap, look to the right at the "X remaining on (planet)". For ships, it'll say something about the galaxy. |

Got the ship cap bug, but then also: * The shield generator pre-planet cap has been dropped to 1 from 2, which makes it so that when you get to high-level versions of these you can't have so very many of them per planet. These are really meant to be scarce. Their max mark level is also now 3 instead of 7, for players only. ** In existing savegames, the AI shield generators will wind up being capped at mark 3 retroactively, as well, but in new savegames that won't be the case.
