couple things to add to this one: 1) If there are so many things to list that it scrolls off bottom of screen, you get some overwriting. This happened with "Gather science from <name>" 2) if you quit from a save with a lot of objectives (like my "fourth report" AAR save" and load a save with fewer objectives, "empty objective name!") The below screenshot combines both of these. |
