Description | I spawned the Automated construction Swarm on the planet shown in the screenshot, They traveled all the way through my planets, I lost track of them, and then I hit this error. (The planet on the bottom not in view is the AI homeworld.) Look for 9/5/2018 12:46:00 AM Edit: I see an unreported error at 9/5/2018 12:26:27 AM. This one didn't show up in game. | ||||

This is unique to them I believe - when the Hydra effect occurs it'll pop that error. It seems there is meant to be a fix for this but it's still occuring...this isn't something I know. What I don't get is why that group spawned such a tiny amount of ships...it's meant to spawn several hundred. I tried a different one and he worked fine. The strength values are good... |

The fix for the hydra-style respawning for mercenaries is not done yet. I'm not sure what approach Chris has in mind to fixing it. |

Thanks! * Added a new DoOnSpawnsOnDeath method on the scenario and on the special faction implementations. This allows us to have central logic, or per-faction logic, for when an entity is spawned via another entity dying. ** We're now using this on when a mercenary does this in order to copy to mercenary group affiliation from the parent to the child, thus preventing errors that otherwise happened. |
