DescriptionI'm not even sure if this is expected behavior, but I thought I should file it anyway:

I've noticed after progressing to a higher AIP: If the AI sends a fleet of cloaked ships to your planet, and they all get tractor beam'ed and held in place, and you don't have any detection, they will sit there indefinitely. This has the side-effect of blocking all future waves from the AI through that wormhole. This could be potentially exploited by the Humans to prevent the AI from further entering from a given wormhole again, so long as they don't send detection near by and defenses take over. As soon as I started to clear out the cloaked ships, all the backlogged ships from the AI came through in a massive wave.

I'd love a save game showing this behaviour. It sounds very strange to me.
