New player 2 cents: Speaking specifically about Space docks- first off, I agree with Puffin that 4 docks per planet seems plenty. What other value (Besides hull/shield HP increase and # of docks) could be added to upgrading the space dock to higher MKs? Lower energy usage? Small range personal shieldgen? Maybe a modest attack at MK4? Maybe # of docks per panet = 1 dock at MK1? 2 at MK2? etc... Speaking to tech upgrades as a whole: MK1 to MK2 should offer modest gains for a modest sum of science. |

Just went ahead and did this - if they get any useful upgrades, can be easily re-introduced, but as it is it is constantly being brought up. |
