Summary | 0021173: Allow order queuing, and order queue viewing, on the galaxy map
Description | In AIW1, you could select a bunch of ships, tab out to the galaxy map, and shift-queue a series of orders so that you can have them follow a specific path when navigating between planets. Similarly, if you had some ships selected, you could tab out to the galaxy map and hold shift to highlight any wormhole move orders they have queued up. It would be nice if we could get this behavior back.

I actually am pretty sure that is there, but it may be hard to see the lines of move paths for units. Or maybe the move paths for units aren't something that are drawn for things that are EXISTING move orders (ala AIW1), but rather are only showing for projected move paths. There are definitely some improvements to be made here, but I think that at least part of the functionality is there. Any insights into exactly what is there would be helpful, but it's not urgent. |
