Summary | 0021501: Mouse double-click and scroll function when hovering on alert notification in galactic map
Description | Latest in a series of GUI polishes suggestions. On larger maps, the maximum zoom is useful for taking stock of situations - but this zoom level hides the fleet and capturable icons. When I'm hovering my mouse over an alert, e.g. incoming usurper wave on planet X, I would like to be able to: - double-click on the alert icon to select & center the galaxy map onto the planet (whereas the single-click currently selects it w/o centering). - scroll my mouse while keeping it hovering over the alert icon, to have the map zoom in/out on the target planet.

Single-clicking on the wave notification now centers you on the planet |

Hello -- I'm not the original reporter but is it possible to take another look at this as it seems a bit inconsistent when I use it. The map is quite often not centered when I click on the notification and I end up having to scroll around the map to find the planet. (hover over seems to highlight the planet thankfully, though a nice addition might be to also highlight the wormhole the wave is coming from) Also is it possible to add a function (double click perhaps) to center and zoom in to the planet view? This would help when many waves are incoming and I'm looking to shore up defenses before they arrive. Thanks for all the hard work, you guys are doing great. |
