Summary0021789: Bounding asteroids hard to see on some backgrounds / add "show system bounds" overlay
DescriptionThe background nebula graphic of some systems makes it borderline impossible to see the asteroids that mark the system boundary / gravity well (see the attached pic).

Could we maybe have an overlay that shows the system;s bounding circle, like we have for showing ship weapon ranges?
