Summary	0022205: Double tapping a fleet number does not centre on fleet in Galaxy view
Description	Observed behaviour: Double tapping a fleet number while in Galaxy view selects the fleet and does nothing more Expected behaviour: Double tapping a fleet number while in Galaxy view selects the fleet and centres the view on the fleet in the Galaxy view, just like double tapping does does in the Planet view, using the same logic (or lack of same) for choosing which fleet to centre when two or more fleets share the same fleet number.
