Description | An Ensnarer battlestation spawned in this save with an interesting set of turrets: 54 Pike turrets, 26 Plasma turrets, 27 Spider turrets, and 49 Sniper turrets. The turret stats were scaled down in most respects compared to normal turrets of the same name, but they also came equipped with lots of tractor beams. | ||||

Not a bug far as I know. That Battlestation is set up to grant you the Ensnarer AIs Turrets, complete with their nerfed range and all. Not sure why they weren't split into AI and player versions though, when the player Turrets got consolidated. |

The Ensnarer you can start the game with has regular Player turrets, that's why I thought it was a bug. 27 Spider turrets is hella powerful, they retain their infinite range and their engine-slow even if their damage is reduced. |

They do not however, retain their shots per salvo. Player ones have 5x the shots of the AI ones, to compensate for the fact that while the health and damage was increased with the consolidation into fewer, stronger Turrets, their slow effect was not. So the ones you have are far lesser in effect. Or should be, anyhow. |

Ohhh, that makes sense. Maybe they could be renamed to mini-turrets to avoid confusion. |

I must agree with Venger. If they are different turrets from the regular player turrets, they should be named differently to avoid confusion. |
