DescriptionSeems to happen recently, at least since 1.018

Expected:
1) Audio notification about an instigator or train station
2) Look at map or icons and see information about it
3) That's it.

Actual:
1) Audio notification? Maybe
2) Look at map or icon - it's there
3) Deal with the structure
4) Few minutes later
4) Get audio notification, no icon, nothing on the map
5) Get audio notification, no icon, nothing on the map
6) Get audio notification, no icon, nothing on the map

Instigators seems to have an extra 3 notifications, train stations about one extra.

Coming in 1.024:

* Put in a code change to make absolutely sure that sound clips never loop when they play back. This probably won't really fix the issue, but it's worth a shot. Apparently astro train and instigator base warnings play multiple times in succession, sometimes delayed. This may be due to multiple of them showing up at once, or some other esoteric issue. A cruise through the code doesn't reveal anything obviously wrong, so we'll ideally need a savegame or some other mechanism to let us trigger the effect after we load it and thus chase it down.

Well, that's really good! It's alarming to think that maybe I accidentally had some clips set to loop and that was causing who knows what problems!

Uh, this happened to me earlier today, while playing the Beta. It's definitely not looping. It seems what happened was:
1) AI builds an Instigator. Instigator warning plays correctly.
2) The next time the advisor tries to announce something such as a wave or the Marauders spawning in, it plays a different "instigator warning" voice clip instead.
3) This repeats 3-4 times, then goes back to normal.

I don't have a savegame handy, I'm afraid.
