Summary0022468: I broke the modloader already: Cannot set starter fleet line cap to 0 to remove the entry
DescriptionSo I wanted to replace the cloaked starting transport with a normal starting transport. However, changing the name from Transport_Cloaked to Transport_Starter just added a second transport. So I tried to include Transport_Cloaked but set its line cap to 0 to remove it, and I got this instead:

That's not really broken, that's just something that we never added because nobody ever tried that until now. You'll find more things like that I'm sure, because the permutations are endless. But I do appreciate you finding this sort of thing, because if someone wants to use them then adding them is definitely useful.

Now in:

* Added the ability to mod out or deprecate ship lines in starting fleets or otherwise by setting their max cap to 0, which then takes them out completely.
