| Description | Have a key which will display a log of messages, including the taunts from the AI, the alerts from your system (e.g., It's about to go dark). Maybe also give a tooltip when hovering over the messages telling us in plain English what they mean (e.g., "Running low on energy" or "AI is about to attack your planet X"). I would bind it by default to backslash (on US keyboards). | ||||

Right now it's in the escape menu, but it's something that is meant to be in the bottom left chat area. We don't have the various warnings from your own lady adviser in terms of the text lines to show right now, but I suppose we could at some point. It would be a lot of work to add those particular ones, though. Just one of those timing things with all the other work going on right now to keep things afloat and get multiplayer in and so on. |

Ah I see, the "Journal" if you scroll down to the end of the escape menu. I never noticed that was scrollable. |
