Summary | 0022569: Rebalance of hacking vs multiple AI opponents
Description | As I understand it, each AI tracks its hacking response level separately. This means that the more AIs there are in the game, the slower the hack responses ramp up. I don't think this should be *completely* negated - multiple AI opponents are already much more difficult because of the waves and the need to take out multiple Overlords in the late game, it's ok for there to be some factor that takes the edge off the difficulty. But maybe it could be tweaked slightly?

I'm a fan of the status quo Multiple AIs generally increases the difficulty; this provides a way players can strategically plan do hacks througout the game to manage hacking responses. |

I support this proposed change. I don't think it makes sense for AIP to go up for all AIs, but hacking response to not do so. |
