Description | Periodically in my current game, non-player units (seen with AI, marauders, outguards) sit around and do not respond to enemies present on their planet.
The issue goes away if the game is saved and reloaded.
The following error is repeated in my log (I've confirmed it appearing when player enters a marauder-held planet, don't know about other cases):
