| Description | With all the requests for new additions for control options to automate almost every aspect of the game, why not allow users just to give some user definable macros. These macros can give and suppress user definable orders with user definable conditions. Also, these can be assigned per-planet or per-player. Yes you will need to create some sort of domain specific language for this, but after you do, you will never have to worry about which control options to put in again! | ||||

Thanks, I figured it was about time for my second "stupid" report. :) Thanks for being polite to people who suggest impractical things. I know I have made a few posts along those lines, but I try to keep it reasonable. Keep up the good work! |

Micros aren't completely impossible but likely more trouble than its worth [probably an emphasis on trouble], especially to the degree to which it was proposed. But I do like to see these kinds of things =D Its kinda like the template saving, so you don't have to remake it every single time. Perhaps someone will mod this in a couple of years =D |
