DescriptionUI is partially responsive, can move around between planets etc
Exit Game and other menu items do not respond
Played through tutorials successfully and other quick starts, tested difficulty 5 double AI, appear to work fine

This is fixed in the next steam build, which hopefully should be hotfixed tomorrow.
