DescriptionSee title: All non-player units of a higher mark do not properly gain hull/shields from marks. Can be seen by loading up any new game and viewing Guardposts, or comparing your starting units to AI ones of a higher mark.

Do you have an easy reproduction scenario for this? Ie "Load this save game, increase the AIP and watch units on planet X"

As simple as starting the game and comparing Guardpost health on different ai planets. Mark 1 planets have the same Guardpost health as Mark 2+.
