Description | As it is now, a single cloaked enemy or perhaps other minor thing could stop a powerful fleet from repairing itself. It is not so difficult exactly to defeat these minor foes, but it is very inconvenient and a chore. Perhaps when the enemies remaining are less than 10% of the strength of allied forces, crippled flagships could be allowed to be repaired. | ||||
