Summary	0024170: Core Tesla guard Post might need a nerf
Description	I had noticed for a while that the Core Tesla guard posts on AI homeworld was very powerful and tended to wipe out fleets. Looking further, it's truly insanely powerful. With its *2 bonus versus stacks (which you are guaranteed to have in your fleets at that point), this single guard post deal as much damage as the Overlord Phase 2. When adding the 20 seconds weapon jam for 400 units below 101 armor with 12 reload and its radar dampening, it's truly overpowered.
