If I recall, these numbers are only updated when the sim runs. If I'm correct, this is just how the game works |

Thanks! * There is a new DoOnPerSecondWhilePausedNonSimUpdates_OnMainThread, which developers and modders can use to do things once-per-second while the game is paused. ** We are now using this to make sure that the totals for the science strength amounts on the tech sidebar update properly even when the game is paused. |
