Description | The point of adding the warping delay of a spawner is undermined if the ZA can instantly rebuild it I think we need to add a delay before they can be rebuilt -- I think a flat delay is fine at all levels of intensities How about 3 minutes? | ||||

Doesn't this mean you are fighting in the ZA Territory? The goal of the Warping In Spawners was to give players heads up that a spawner is going to trigger the civil war, so it's from a Pioneer. My fix to this would be to make Territory spawners just spawn instantly |

I've made the ZA more cautious about when to make spawners. Let me know what you think |
