| Description | > So, to continue the example from above, if it had found 1000 mark II ships and, say, 500 mark I ships, then it would start adding mark III ships to the CPA as well. Odds are very good that it would find the remaining 3500 ships in even just one mark higher, so that would fulfill the order for 5000 ships. After picking up all 1000 II ships, it should pick up the 500 mark I ships, then an equal number of mark III to compensate for the weaker ships. Then it should fulfill the order with a number of mark III ships equivilant in strength to the average 3000 ship fleet, I'd guess that would be about 2000. | ||||

I responded to this in a different thread, but essentially: that's the natre of cpas. Players get upset when they are smaller, and a CPA doesn have an announced level, anyhow. The reason for a CPA being overly large in terms of high mark ships is generally a game that has gone on very long with the players trying to keep aip low, so that's another reason the higher marks kicking in is something I find desirable. At any rate: this is working as intended. |
