Summary0025883: "Our planet is under attack" bark when outnumbered on enemy planet
DescriptionI've been doing a game against my modded Panopticon AI Type, which has many AI Eyes. Therefore, I've been doing a lot of careful raiding with small fleets to clear planets.

It's getting really old having the human female voice announcer warn me that one of my planets is under attack... when it's an AI planet that I'm attacking.

I suspect this happens to support the case where you have a beachhead (or even picket), and announcing when it is attacked is useful (and the voice message is not unreasonable in that case). The issue is that it triggers even when you send a full fleet onto a planet instead. I'm fairly certain that I've missed attacks on my planets because I'm so used to hearing this warning when it is a false positive.
