Summary0026486: Loadouts Notifier and editing GUI issues
Description1. Loadout Edit interface doesn't show any details about Gravistic Core and Tractor Beam loadouts when you hover mouse over these, unless you hover mouse over "Current unspent points" line (previously, it showed a lot of details: the amout of tractor beams, gravity field radius and strength, etc.). Would be nice to see same kind of info about Forcefield as well.

2. This interface also doesn't give you any anti-fool warnings when you remove the weapons from the ship completely (say, exchanging them for a shield/hull).
Suggestion: when you unchecked all the weapons, the red warning appears under loadouts list "This ship doesn't have any weapons!", or something like that. Maybe also the "Are you sure" confirmation dialogue after player clicks the "Ok" button.

3. More of a suggestion - add more buttons:
1) "Apply to ships with points" near loadout checkbox. If possible, adds this loadout to the ships of the same class, using their free loadout points.
Example: i have 12 Spire frigates, all of them have more than 1 point. If i use "Light Rail Cannon" with this button, that loadout appears on every frigate, using 1 point.
2) "Apply to every similar ship" near "Ok" in the bottom. Tries to apply current config of loadouts to every ships of the same class, overwriting current loadout (starting from cheapest modules). Basically mass-editing ships of the same class.
3) Also, how about "Uninstall from every similar ship"?

4. In previous version, the notification didn't go away when you had 1 undistributed point and had no way of spending it (this was possible with the Spire Cruiser: all of it's loadouts cost 2 points before). Even worse, if you had more ships to edit, clicking the notification will start editing the same ship, not the next ones. Not sure if this issue was silently fixed in the current build.
Suggestion: if the ship has undistributed points and player clicks "Ok", this ship is put in the end of notifier's queue, so when player clicks the notification again, it will show different ship, and so on, until player ends up on the one with unspendable points.
Maybe also add some way to get rid of notification until more ships with points appear.

Thanks on item 1!

* Fixed a boolean inversion that was causing tachyon beams, tractor beams, gravity generators, and similar to never show up in the tooltips in the last release or so.

Regarding the other items:

2. I am assuming that someone may want to configure things in such a strange way, for instance as a way of drawing fire.

3. I can see why that would be nice, but that sort of thing is really beyond the scope of what I have planned for modular units. If we are running into problems like that, we should consider having fewer units.

4. The ship not having anything left to spend on is a bug in design, and the interface is working as intended. I believe all of the ship designs are now updated such that you can always spend all the points.
