Summary0027446: Inactive Faction Threads issue (from reloading mods)
DescriptionI'm not really sure what kind of issue this is, whether it's simply UI or actually functional, hence "other".
So, I have a replication for at least one possible case where you get a lot of inactive faction threads, as seen in the screenshot.
Step 1. Have a save ready with mods enabled. I attach one for which the enabled mod is Outguard party, but the issue can be replicated with other mods. (I've done it with my own XML mod for the exowar units, and Badger's Dark Zenith Sidekick mod.)
Step 2. Ensure the mod the save needs is disabled.
Step 3. Attempt to load the save. It will fail, and ask you if you want it to load the mod. Say yes.
Step 4. Once it has finished, load the save.
Step 5. Wait 30 ingame seconds. The error messages should appear as in the attached image.
This replicated for Dismiss as well when we discussed it on Discord.

Log all threads and Dump all threads does not produce any useful information as far as I can tell, but that may be me doing something wrong, the debug log simply has this: 6/5/2022 6:39:56 PM 5.014 SINGLEP Clearing player accounts.

* Fixed a really complex issue with the long-range-planning threads that could see a couple of them potentially running at the same time when they should not have (this is not for certain), and which definitely could see some of them not running at all at other times (this is certain).
** The latter case was most easily triggered by changing mods or dlc around and then playing the game after that without first restarting the game. This was manifesting as "a bunch of inactive threads" warning.
