Description | This message is showing when killing the first of two ais with default settings. Id expect to never see this message, if i have the default victory condition settings on. The galaxy settings are unclear as currently worded: "Defeat Or Suppress All Hostile AIs" Does this really refer to AI Slots in the game, or hostile FACTIONS? I'm assuming it refers to the non-ai factions which you added defeat conditions to. Id rephrase them to the following: Victory Conditions Victory Requires Defeating AI(s) Victory Requires Defeating or Suppressing Other Factions. Aside: not proposing the following change now, just an idea: If the idea here is to be able to create, say, a quickstart where defeating the ais is not required but defeating some minor faction is ... it might be better to have the setting for 'is defeating this faction required' on the specific faction itself. This would let you have any combination of hostile factions and only one of them be the 'victory condition' which might be cool for quick start scenarios. Also since 'defeat' means something different for some factions and isn't even possible for others, having the setting on the faction would let you address this difference by having the name and description in tooltip be more appropriate (and have the setting removed or in a force disabled state, for factions that just don't apply). | ||||
