| Description | Maybe lower the tech costs for a few specific techs that are still quite important, primarily in the Computing Tree, so that one can unlock renting and job contracts. Kinda important to get the economy up and running. Also for the longest time I had trouble getting into digital security because I hadn't managed to unlock ghostrunner or leech. | ||||
