Summary	0028289: Show combat predictions even with 0 AP remaining
Description	If you have a unit selected and hover over an enemy it usually shows you how much damage you will do (and some other related info). Except if you don't have any AP remaining, even though you could do a Battle Recharge and attack, but sometimes I'm not sure if I want to do that or not but I can't check. Maybe showing the same info but playing a gentle 'no AP remaining' sound if you try to attack without AP would be nice.
