Description	to reproduce: load the save click on toast icon "bunker time" click button "Machine Structures Now Available" observe the "the city map can be accessed here" indicator flashing along with "New! Build Menu located here." if this does not reproduce for you, I can keep trying to get something better.

Chris_McElligottPark May 27, 2024 8:23 pm administrator ~0068774	Thanks! * In general, reworked some of the logic for how the arrow indicators show up to tell you various things, to prevent there ever being cases where they flicker. It's now strictly hierarchical, so the flicker is no longer possible.
