Summary	0028399: Set Defaults ignores some settings
Description	Some settings are not reverted by the Set Defaults button: Show Advanced Settings, Display In Fullscreen Mode, Quality Preset, Framerate, Windowed Mode Width/Height. This seems ok, but the behavior was unexpected, so maybe asterisk them with a footnote. The Windowed Mode W/H also appear derived from my monitor's native resolution, so they don't match the tooltip Default Value text.
